| New demo - a command-line compression utility that uses the RSync algorithm.
If you have two similar versions of a file, you can compress one by computing
the differences between the two files. If you've been wondering how to use
the DSRSync unit that comes with VDB, this
demo will help.

| Example Program - Using Smart Records
|
- This application is a personal phone book.
- It illustrates how to use smart records in a stand-alone (that is, not distributed)
application. The smart records are streamed to an external file, making a simple
object repository. The file format is text-based, and the program offers a built-in
visual difference command to show what changed between two files.
- This program comes with full source code, but does require Rinse.
- Download the source code and have fun!
